The number next to a category thrill name represents the thrill score for that category. The thrill score for a category is calculated by taking the average of all ratings for thrills within that category. For example, if the Climbing Thrills category has three thrills posted to that category and the respective scores of each of those thrills are 89, 71, and 96, then the thrill score for the Climbing Thrills category would be 85.
