Participating in adventure activities to post images/ and or videos within the Thrillpixx application, may involve a test of your physical and mental limits, and carries with it the potential risk of death and injury arising from, but not limited to those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, etc. Therefore,
You hereby waives, releases and discharges Thrillpixx LLC and her officers from risks and liability stated herein, including risks that may occur in travelling to and fro your adventure activities;
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue Thrillpixx LLC or officers onvclaims made as a result of participating in the adventure activities that is planned to be uploaded within application.
Thrillpixx LLC is not responsible for death, any injury or damages incurred by users attemptingto record a thrilling image or video to be used within application. Users’ adventure activities are at their own risks and user holds all liability to any related personal injuries and death.
The failure of Thrillpixx LLC to exercise in any respect any right provided in these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or any other right or remedy to which we may be entitled.
Disputes and actions arising under this Terms of use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Except otherwise stated in any separate or special agreement with us, this Terms of Use constitute the entire Agreement between you and us.
