Rotate the photo by tapping the Rotate icon on the Edit Photo screen. Then drag the Rotation bar below the photo, use two fingers to rotate the photo, or rotate the photo 90 degrees by tapping the 90° icon. You can reset the rotation to 0 degrees by tapping the X icon to the left of the Rotation bar.
