How do I report an issue?
You can report a problem to the ThrillPiXx team to address a variety of issues, such as a bug (like a button not working) or user abuse (like a user who is sending you spam messages). You can also send general feedback, such as application suggestions or much appreciated compliments!
To report an issue:
- Tap the Profile menu icon at the bottom of the app to display your Profile screen.
- In the top right corner of your Profile screen, tap the Settings icon to display the Settings screen.
- On the Settings screen, tap the Report a problem option.
- On the menu that displays, select the category most relevant to your issue.
- On the message screen that displays, enter your message.
- Tap the Send button to send your issue to the ThrillPiXx team.
- A pop-up message will display to confirm the submission of your message, and the ThrillPiXx staff will address your issue as soon as possible.
