Notifications
The Notifications screen shows you reminders for trips you've added, messages from other ThrillPiXx users, and notifications alerting you to activity on your thrills.
Trip Reminders
Your Trip Reminders list shows you upcoming trips you've added, including the date of the trip and how long you have until the trip.
Messages
The Messages screen is your ThrillPiXx inbox for conversations with other ThrillPiXx users.
To start a new conversation:
- Tap the New Message button.
- Search for a user by typing their user name into the search box.
- Tap the user you want to send a message to.
- A new message thread will display.
- Tap the Add your message field and type your message.
- Tap the Send icon to the right of the Add your message field to send the message.
You can also send images in your messages.
To send an image:
- Tap the Images icon to the left of the Add your message field.
- On the Select Option menu that displays, tap either the Camera option to take a photo with your camera or the Gallery option to choose a photo from your phone's photo library. The photo will automatically send once you take or select it.
Notifications
The Notifications list shows you alerts any time there's activity related to you. You'll get a notification for a variety of events, including, but not limited to, the following:
- A ThrillPiXx user follows you
- A ThrillPiXx user likes your profile
- A ThrillPiXx user rates one of your thrills
- A ThrillPiXx user adds one of your thrills to their Bucket List
- A ThrillPiXx user comments on one of your thrills
- A ThrillPiXx user mentions you in a thrill post
- A ThrillPiXx user challenges you
- A ThrillPiXx user messages you
- A trip is within three days
- A trip is within one day
